Music software and sample maker Native Instruments has upgraded their popular Session Strings pack of orchestral samples for Kontakt and the free Kontakt Player into a new package called Session Strings Pro, utilizing four separately-recorded 11-piece ensembles, recorded in two different mic positions to give a range of contemporary and traditional instrument placements. The package is aimed at allowing non-classical music creators to employ a tight string section ideal for pop, dance, soul and other styles.
