Apple has simultaneously filed for a lawsuit and a voluntary dismissal in the case of a New York City teen who sold white iPhone 4 parts, reports say. Fei Lam successfully sold at least $130,000 in parts in a space of a few months, while Apple continued to have trouble producing its own white iPhones. The trouble is that Lam's parts allegedly came from connections at Foxconn, Apple's main manufacturing partner.
