SkyGrid updates news-gathering iOS app to version 2

SkyGrid, a news aggregation app that puts a plain-language spin on RSS feed readers or social-network aggregators, has been updated to version 2.0 for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. The new version offers dramatically faster page delivery, an easier-to-use site and topic search, further social network integration, and more photos, among other features. The free app differentiates itself from competitors by letting users choose any topic they'd like to follow, then pre-selecting the most recent and most popular stories about that topic, site, service or thing.
