Apple hasn't yet approved flash memory below 30 nanometers in size, insiders purportedly said Tuesday. Neither Samsung's 20nm flash nor Toshiba's 24nm variety had been certified for Apple. Explanations weren't given by Digitimes' sources as to why or when Apple might opt in.
