Rogers on Wednesday detailed its launch plans for its LTE-based 4G launch. Beating Telus to concrete plans, it should have paid service in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver before the end of 2011. The service will also be one of the fastest in theory, peaking at 150Mbps downstream and 70Mbps for uploads; actual service is likely to be much less but still potentially faster than Verizon's network in the US.
