Luxology LLC has made available Recoil, a new plug-in for Modo 501 that accurately simulates dynamic rigid-body interactions, calculating collisions and the subsequent reactions of objects, with or without gravity, factoring in the mass of 3D objects, recoil and bounce among other physics reactions, creating extremely realistic forces between objects and stack vast numbers of objects. The plug-in works with both the Windows and Mac versions of Modo.
