The tenth anniversary of Apple's enormously successful retail store chain is fast approaching, and the company told retail employees this week not to request vacation days during the weekend of May 20-22, which starts just one day after the original May 19th, 2001 opening of the first Apple Retail stores in Tyson's Corner Mall in McLean, Virginia and Glendale Galleria in Glendale, California, AppleInsider reports.
