Toshiba picked an unusual Wednesday night introduction for a new pocket camcorder. Its Camileo BW10 is its first waterproof video camera and can submerge in up to 6.5 feet of water. The BW10 is said to be rugged above ground as well, although Toshiba hasn't said whether there's any extra dust- or shockproofing.
