A Samsung executive said Sunday that the company was developing a smartphone processor that would match the performance of a full-blown computer. The future dual-core Exynos chip would jump to 2GHz and run tasks as quickly as a "regular PC." Samsung would use the ARM-based chip itself, Maeil Business Newspaper said, but was also exploring the idea of selling the chip to others.
