PopCap Games has announced the creation of a new small games label, 4th & Battery. The new label will provide PopCap designers with the freedom to create smaller, simpler, and sometimes edgier games without typical constraints. 4th & Batter is expected to produce several games per year across mobile and desktop environments, with the first title, Unpleasant Horse, set to launch in the iOS App Store later this month.
