Although Barron's does not do a numerical ranking of their annual list of 30 best CEOs, the 2011 edition does go out of way to mention Apple head Steve Jobs as the most valuable, reflecting Jobs' ability in turning the company around from a money-losing operation in 1998 to the second-most valuable company in the United States. Others on the list include Amazon's Jeff Bezos, Oracle's Larry Ellison, and Netflix's Reed Hastings.
