Apple may quickly follow up the iOS 4.3 gold master with a public release on Tuesday. A hint in the morning had the update arriving at Apple's customary 1PM Eastern, or 10AM Pacific. BGR didn't glean whether it would involve all users, but Verizon iPhone owners are excluded from the initial round in part since they already have some of the new features.
