AT&T on the heels of the iPad 2 launch rolled out a subscription option for tablets. Those who regularly use 3G or eventually 4G can pay the same $15 per month for 250MB or $25 for 2GB but have can treat it like a regular phone bill. The overages behave like those on a smartphone or modem plan and cost $10 for every gigabyte past the chosen cap.
