Beginning February 1st, T-Mobile customers in the Netherlands can get their iPhones officially unlocked after as little as one year on contract --- considerably quicker than any other country that offers the service. The company said they were making the service available at no cost because they were no longer the exclusive provider, so SIM locks were no longer necessary.
