Unblunder is a new single-purpose utility from YazSoft intended to reassure Mac users that they can swiftly retrieve accidentally-deleted files. It offers a configurable menu that determines how long files of various size "hang around" after being deleted and runs minimally in the background. It uses technology similar to that employed by Time Machine, but works more directly with those occasions where the realization that an important file has been deleted is fairly immediate and the desire to recover the file nearly instantaneously is strong.
