Best Buy on Monday confirmed its Buy Back program. The plan gives those who regularly replace their devices a way to recover some of the cost without having to sell the device off themselves. Buyers can get as much as half of the original price back if they use the Buy Back in half a year's time, or no less than 20 percent if they take advantage two years later.
