HandBrake updated, drops PPC version

HandBrake, a free video transcoding tool that works in combination with VLC to rip and convert videos for personal use, has been updated to v0.9.5, the first update in over a year -- bringing updated libraries, better subtitle support, more presets, AC3 encoding support and universal audio down-mixing, among other features. Blu-Ray disc structure support has been added (though there is still no decryption support), and Mac users gain a new Audio Panel that supports more than four audio tracks -- though PPC Mac support appears to have been dropped.
