Nova Media has updated its local-network calendar and contact synchronization program, iHub Basic, to v2 -- a free update which now features a completely new user interface and automatic configuration of the server, which uses CalDAV and CardDAV to sync desired calendars and address books to Mac and iOS devices via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
