Acer chief executive Gianfranco Lanci in an interview published today provided extra insight into its tablet strategy. He agreed with Apple that 10 inches was the ideal tablet size but also explained to AllThingsD that the variety Android 3.0 would allow would build on things Apple couldn't or wouldn't do in the category.
