According to its sources, the Three Guys and a Podcast is claiming that the next generation of Appleís Macbook Pro range will eschew all moving parts in favor of SSDís and see the introduction of Intelís Lightpeak technology. The sources claim that the solid state storage capacity will top out at 512GB. Also, in a move resembling Appleís strategy with the Macbook Air, Apple will also drop the optical drive and give users the option to buy an external optical drive.
