Thieves smashed a plate-glass door at the Apple Store on Walnut Street in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania early this morning, making off with over $10,000 worth of merchandise, police say. The robbery occurred just before 4:30am and may be connected to an earlier burglary at a downtown T-Mobile store that also involved smashing a glass storefront at about 1:40am. Police say surveillance video at both locations should reveal if the crimes are connected.
