Microsoft in a response to concerns over phone upgrades reiterated that it would have full control over how and when Windows Phone 7 updates will arrive. The company will be the only one to send out updates, with "all" current devices getting updates, it said. ZDNet didn't glean when the first updates would arrive, but a copy-and-paste text update is due in early 2011.
