SubRosaSoft.com has released a new Mac application designed to prevent a Mac from automatically mounting the volumes of any device when connected. MacForensicsLab Write Controller is mainly intended for use by investigators, as it allows them to image or explore a suspect hard drive without fear of accidentally writing additional information to it.
