DxO has announced that a new version of Optics Pro, 6.5, should ship in early November. The photo processing tool is getting several key upgrades, most notably the ability to simulate HDR (high dynamic range) toning using a single shot. During the toning process, shadow noise removal is used to ensure clean output.
