Target will begin carrying the iPhone in the near future, sources tell AppleInsider. The big-box retailer only recently began selling the iPad, expanding an existing selection of Apple gear. The iPhone would tie into the addition of cellphone centers at 850 Target outlets, just in time for the holiday shopping season. The program is being run in cooperation with Radio Shack, which is providing the system needed for in-store activations.
