A new iPad application designed to help teachers monitor students academic progress has been released by Pearson. PowerTeacher Mobile is a free application that integrates with Pearson's online grade system, PowerSchool. With this first release teaches can perform a variety of tasks, such as creating and grading assignments, viewing student groups, managing class lists, accessing student alerts, and more. The application requires PowerSchool 6.2.1.6 or later, along with a wireless or 3G internet connection.
