Qualcomm's summer results will reflect a major uptick in orders for a CDMA iPhone, Wedge Partners analyst Brian Blair said in a note today. He saw "meaningful order strength" towards the end of the calendar quarter that was attributed directly to Apple orders for chipsets. Ordering for the iPhone and others would continue to be "solid" through the fall.
