Early specs on Intel's third-generation SSDs were leaked thanks to AnandTech. Originally introduced in 2008, the X25-M G3 SSDs sport a 25nm IMFT Flash, which is expected to bring with it twice the capacity while retaining the same price levels. The drives are sampling now, but it's unclear whether they will be production ready in 2010.
