Slacker has begun previewing an updated version of its streaming music service, which will soon provide access on-demand content. The Premium edition will expand music availability beyond random selections, allowing subscribers to play individual tracks from a particular artist or any other music in the connected libraries. Electronista took an early look at the new offering, which was featured at a special event in New York City.
