A new build of Mac OS X 10.6.5, 10H542, is reportedly being distributed to developers. The release comes later than expected, as the previous one, 10H5353, was seeded on September 2nd. Apple had previously managed to keep to a weekly schedule, which may suggest either that resources were diverted elsewhere, or that unexpected obstacles had to be overcome before Apple felt comfortable with the code.
