Apple supply manager Paul Shin Devine has agreed to a pretrial court order safeguarding the company's trade secrets, according to Bloomberg. The motion was filed for on the 9th by the US Attorney's Office in San Francisco, which notes that discoveries in the upcoming criminal trial might expose documents, hard drives and other material containing Apple information. Devine will still have the right to challenge how secret material can be used.
