RED this weekend finally began wider distribution of its first next-generation camera. After the earlier upgrade program, the Red One MX is now available to everyone. The camera still shoots at the same 4K resolution as the original but uses a modern Mysterium-X sensor with much better low-light performance and other image quality improvements.
