Intuit has unveiled QuickBooks 2011 for Mac, the next version of its small-business accountancy software. New in the upgrade is the concept of multiple user accounts, which allows up to five workers to view or edit content at the same time. Associated with the feature are user permissions, which can restrict people to a selection of eight different program areas. To mitigate mistakes in group work, the app has been given iChat integration.
