Apple is readying an overhauled iPhone 4 to launch at the end of September, a Mexican report suggests. A director at local carrier Telcel claims that the new model will be available as of September 30th, and do away with the reception problems that have only been mitigated by a program of free case handouts. At Telcel, current iPhone 4 owners may be able to switch over to a fixed device without extending their contracts.
