Back in April, Seton Hill announced that it would be providing an iPad to every student this semester, and now has outlined plans to begin using Art Authority for iPad in some classes. The application includes a database of more than 40,000 paintings and sculptures from over 100 western artists, organized by artist name and artistic period. In addition to the works of art, users can also find detailed information on the artists themselves, along with period overviews, timelines, and histories.
