AT&T could see as much as a third of its iPhone subscriber base leave for Verizon when a CDMA iPhone is ready, market researchers at Morpace found on Friday. Of those in a study who already have an iPhone, 34 percent plan to get a new model only when Verizon is carrying Apple's device. Almost half of all AT&T users, 47 percent, would at least contemplate switching to Verizon just to get an iPhone on that network.
