Rdio today ended its long testing phase and launched its streaming music service in North America. Both Americans and Canadians can stream from the web or to Android, BlackBerry and iOS (free, App Store) devices over 3G and Wi-Fi. Rdio takes a social angle and lets subscribers follow each other to discover new music, make shared playlists and check who's listening to popular songs.
