Developer Flipboard has released its self-titled app for the iPad. The title is a media aggregator, mainly concentrating on news, photos, updates and linked content shared by friends on Twitter and Facebook. Distinguishing the software is its layout, as material is organized into a magazine-style format that makes it easier to read on a tablet.
