Paradigma today updated its database software for businesses and developers, Valentina DB, to v4.7. Valentina is a visual report creation and generation engine working in the Valentina DB kernel, generating charts, graphs, complex data layouts and PDFs. Column-based organization is used to focus queries only on requested data. It attempts to index according to the best use for a given database, instead of defaulting to B-tree sorting.
