iPad spreading to nine more countries Friday

Filed under: iPadContinuing Apple's rollout of the iPad, a press release from Cupertino reiterated coming availability in the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, New Zealand and Singapore starting Friday. No word on pricing, or what countries will be included in the next wave. The release also states, "iPad will roll out to many more countries later this year and Apple will announce availability and local pricing for these additional countries at a later date."
