RemoteScan has launched a new mobile application that allows users to remotely operate scanners that are connected to computers and workstations. With iRemoteScan, documents and images can be scanned directly to an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad from any standard document scanner. Users can then import the scanned images into other applications, or share them via e-mail. iRemoteScan is a free application, however it requires an official copy of the RemoteScan server software.
