Second-generation iPads could include versions with 5.6- and 7-inch OLEDs, in addition to the 9.7-inch LCD format already available, sources with component makers claim. Orders are allegedly being taken for Q4 2010 and Q1 2011, with at least one company, Compal Electronics, handling the smaller sizes. The 9.7-inch tablets are expected to see "some minor changes," and Chimei Innolux could be added to the list of panel suppliers.
