Multiple reports from AT&T subscribers have complained that their 3G upload rates have plummeted in recent days. Those who had uploads as quick as 1Mbps just days ago are now seeing speeds of 100Kbps or less. Tests from GigaOM have largely been limited to iPhone owners and have made it difficult to tell if the issue is independent of any one device.
