AT&T today claimed that its New York City 3G network upgrades were complete. In addition to its capacity boost from earlier in the year, it now has the wider 850MHz band and 7.2Mbps HSPA at all of its cell sites in the five boroughs. Voice call quality should have improved by about 47 percent, AT&T said.
