The unofficial iPhone Dev Team has released a new beta of redsn0w, 0.9.5b5-3. The tool lets users jailbreak an Apple handheld in order to install unofficial apps, or customize iOS in greater depth. The updated release is designed to hack the final iOS 4 firmware, which became available Monday. Some limitations exist however, namely device support, since only the iPhone 3G and second-generation iPod touch are currently supported.
