Sprint appears likely to start throttling heavy use of its data network as a copy of its Playbook guide for staff has revealed the plan in advance. Changes coming in the summer weren't fully explained, but it would most likely limit the maximum speed for customers that pass a certain transfer threshold. The Engadget memo promises more details only with the next issue of the Playbook.
