Walmart has announced that it is set to offer the iPhone 4 on June 24, the first day of general availability. The move is expected to help Apple meet the strong demand that is expected on the launch day, as customers will be able to purchase the device from several different retail outlets. Other stores such as Best Buy and Radio Shack are also believed to be stocking the handset for sales beginning on June 24.
