AT&T has cemented a pair of new details regarding its iPhone 4 plans, leaked memos and flyers show. The most important of these actually involves the iPhone 3GS, which recently had the cost of 16 and 32GB models lowered to $149 and $199 (from $199 and $299), and will soon be available only as a $99 8GB model. Because people may have recently bought a 3GS at one of the old prices, AT&T is said to be offering a "one-time Customer Price Protection" plan, giving credit for the difference.
