Following up on a Monday announcement, O2 UK has disclosed the specifics of its upgrade deal for people switching to the iPhone 4 while still under contract. Most people will be forced to pay a special penalty fee, only available between June 24th and July 24th. This will involve a £20 charge for each month remaining in a contract.
