Office 2008 12.2.5 is currently available. Microsoft describes it as fixing "vulnerabilities that an attacker can use to overwrite the contents of your computer's memory with malicious code." It is also supposed to update stability and performance of Office 2008.
The custom dictionary also will now let you include words from different languages.
